CyberDash (CyberDash Digital) was founded with a singular purpose: to liberate Kenyans from the grueling hours spent queuing in congested physical cyber cafés and the rampant privacy risks of sending sensitive personal identity documents to unverified WhatsApp groups.
Whether filing annual KRA employment returns, renewing smart driving licenses on NTSA TIMS, booking biometric police clearance appointments with the DCI, or registering a new business with BRS, we do the work on the government portal and you download the official receipt or certificate from your order page.
Documents deleted after 48 hours
Your ID copies, P9 slips and other documents are deleted 48 hours after your order is finished.
Logins deleted when the job ends
If a service needs your portal login, it's locked so only the person on your order can open it, and deleted when the order ends.
No markup on government fees
You pay our handling fee. Where a service has a government fee, it is paid to the government's own Paybill at the official amount.
CyberDash Digital is an independent private business that does government portal work for its customers. We are not an official government agency, department, or parastatal of the Government of Kenya, KRA, NTSA, DCI, or eCitizen. All statutory government fees are paid directly to official government accounts.
