Privacy Policy

CyberDash Digital ("we") runs cyberdash.co.ke. What we keep, for how long, and when it is deleted.

Documents deleted after 48 hours

Your ID copies and documents are deleted 48 hours after your order is finished.

Logins deleted when the job ends

If a service needs your portal login, it's locked so only the person on your order can open it, and deleted when the order ends.

1. Why documents are deleted after 48 hours

In a cyber café, ID copies, passport scans and P9 forms are often left in shared folders and downloads on public computers. Left there, they can be used for identity theft, SIM swaps and loan-app fraud.

Files are stored locked and deleted 48 hours after your order is finished. The personal details on the order are removed after that, and the codes you send us are wiped when the order ends.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what your order needs:

  • Contact details: Your email (your account and payment receipts) and your mobile phone number (order updates by SMS, and government portals that need it).
  • ID numbers: Your National ID number, KRA PIN or vehicle registration, when the government office needs it.
  • Attachments: P9 forms, logbook scans or passport photos, when the service needs them.
  • Portal logins: only when a service needs one. Locked to your order and deleted when it ends.

3. Codes and passwords

We will never ask for your email password, M-Pesa PIN or bank details. When a government portal (such as eCitizen or KRA) sends a code to your phone, you type it on your order page. If a service needs your portal login, you enter it in the locked box on your order page.

4. Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Documents are deleted automatically 48 hours after an order is finished; you can delete your account yourself under Profile in My account.
