Governing law: Laws of the Republic of Kenya.
CyberDash Digital ("CyberDash", "we") is an independent private business that does government portal work for its customers. We are not an official government ministry, department, parastatal, or state organ of the Government of Kenya, Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA), Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), or the eCitizen portal. All statutory government fees are paid directly to official government Paybills and government-issued invoices.
2. What we do
CyberDash does government portal work for people and businesses: filings, record searches and applications. We:
- Check the documents you send before we use them on the portal.
- Enter your details on the government portals (iTax, eCitizen, TIMS/NTSA, BRS) with care.
- Ask you for the code the portal sends to your phone when a step needs it.
- Deliver the official slips, receipts and certificates to your order page.
3. Our fee and government fees
The fee you pay CyberDash at checkout is our handling fee only. Where a government portal charges a statutory fee, the client pays that fee directly to the government’s official invoice/Paybill. We do not markup government fees.
4. How we handle your documents
Unlike a cyber café, where scans can stay on a shared computer, we delete them automatically:
Uploaded IDs and delivered certificates are deleted 48 hours after your order is finished.
If a service needs your portal login, it is locked to your order and deleted when the order ends.
5. Client Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information
The client warrants that all personal information, identification numbers, and supporting documents provided are authentic, true, and legally belong to them. CyberDash will not facilitate fraudulent filings or unauthorized third-party impersonation.
6. Government Portal Downtime & Unforeseen Delays
CyberDash is not liable for delays caused by official government infrastructure maintenance, iTax server backlogs, eCitizen maintenance windows, or telecom SMS delays. If a portal is down, we carry on with your order as soon as it is back.
